Automotive Finance & Insurance (F & I) Manager

Plaza Auto Group is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager at our Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill location to join our dynamic team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional business/finance education is an asset
- OMVIC license required
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience in automotive sales or finance preferred
- Comfortable working with technology
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Minimum 1 year in an automotive business office or finance role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and facilitate the smooth transition from sales to finance
- Determine customer financing needs through comprehensive consultations
- Present financing options and product menus to enhance the vehicle ownership experience
- Stay up-to-date on products and continually expand product knowledge
- Process finance transactions in compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal regulations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
- Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets
- Handle all administrative tasks timely and in accordance with company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Benefits
- Compensation: This is a commission-only position. Top Performers are estimated to earn $75,000 to $125,000 annually
