Requirements

Automotive sales and/or F&I experience preferred.
Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Understanding of dealership finance, lending, and compliance processes.
Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

Present financing, protection products, service contracts, and warranties to customers.
Secure financing approvals through a variety of lenders and financial institutions.
Structure finance and lease deals to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Complete and review all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
Train and support the sales team on finance programs and customer benefits.
Monitor finance penetration and help drive dealership profitability.
Work closely with sales managers to achieve dealership sales goals.
Maintain a professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach at all times.
