Requirements

  • Previous automotive F&I experience preferred
  • College degree preferred or equivalent automotive experience
  • Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration processes
  • Experience working with lenders and securing approvals
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance procedures
  • Proven ability to structure deals for maximum profitability
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in securing financing options that fit their needs and budget.
  • Present finance, warranty, maintenance, and protection products that enhance the ownership experience.
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Submit deals to lenders and make sound credit decisions.
  • Negotiate financing terms and secure approvals through strong lender relationships.
  • Accurately desk, finalize, and close deals in accordance with dealership processes.
  • Partner with the sales management team to overcome objections and maximize closing opportunities.
  • Ensure every transaction complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain proficiency in dealership finance procedures and compliance standards.
  • Prepare contracts, disclosures, and delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper completion of title and registration documentation.
  • Maintain all required certifications and ongoing training.
  • Protect the dealership and customer through accurate documentation and ethical business practices.
  • Ensure timely funding of all contracts and closely monitor outstanding funding issues.
  • Audit deals after the sale to verify accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, accounting, and lender partners to resolve funding concerns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to improve profitability, product penetration, and efficiency.
  • Help develop processes that support the dealership’s continued growth and expanding sales volume.
  • Deliver a polished, transparent, and customer-focused finance experience.
  • Build trust through strong product knowledge and clear communication.
  • Educate customers on financing options and available protection products.
  • Create a smooth transition from vehicle selection through final delivery.
  • Represent Volvo Cars Fort Myers and Krause Auto Group with professionalism and integrity.
