About The Position

Berlin City Lexus is hiring a dependable, motivated Lube & Tire Technician to join its service team. The role is suited to someone starting an automotive career or seeking a dealership that supports long-term professional growth. The technician performs routine maintenance and safety inspections while learning from experienced technicians in a state-of-the-art service department. Training, tools, and support are provided, with a path toward advanced Main Line technician work and manufacturer-supported training toward Lexus certification.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires; repair and replace tires.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Test and replace batteries.
• Check and exchange fluids.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while following dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Identify maintenance concerns and clearly communicate findings to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training.
• Assist experienced technicians while developing diagnostic and repair skills.
• Deliver quality work on every vehicle serviced.
