About The Position
Lia Nissan Glens Falls is hiring an entry-level Express/Lube Automotive Technician for its service department. The role offers opportunities for growth and mentorship from senior-level technicians in a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment. Technicians receive training with current technologies and equipment, including a service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines. Compensation is listed as $35,000–$50,000, with a sign-on bonus available up to $750.
Requirements
- No experience is necessary; Service Technician experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, service procedures, and specifications.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean and valid driver's license.

- State inspection certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership processes.
- Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, wiper and blade replacements, air-filter and cabin-filter replacements, and digital multi-point inspections.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and provide an estimate of the time required for additional repairs.
