About The Position

Lia Honda Enfield is hiring an entry-level Express/Lube Automotive Technician for its service department. The role offers opportunities for growth and mentorship from senior-level technicians in a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment. Training includes the latest technologies and equipment, such as a service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines. Compensation is listed as $35,000–$45,000, with no sign-on bonus. No experience is necessary, although service technician experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership processes.
• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, wiper and blade replacements, air-filter and cabin-filter replacements, and digital multi-point inspections.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional service needs so customers can be informed, including an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
