About The Position
Ciocca Nissan of York is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Automotive Service Technician to join its team. The role offers the opportunity to support customers and the community while pursuing career and financial goals. Technicians test-drive vehicles, use diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test components and systems, and diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems. They also estimate the time needed for additional repairs and complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Requirements
- At least 2 years of Service Technician experience.
- PA emissions and inspection licenses.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
