About The Position

The Automotive Detailer cleans, inspects, and prepares new vehicles to meet cosmetic quality standards before delivery. The role involves hands-on interior and exterior detailing in a professional automotive environment, working with a variety of vehicles and coordinating with teammates and the Quality Inspection team to address concerns and meet production deadlines. The position has a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with weekends off. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay and access to on-demand pay. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• 1–3 years of automotive detailing experience.
• Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Comfort working on one's feet, inside vehicles, and using detailing equipment and cleaning products throughout the day.
• Must meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, wash, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet cosmetic quality standards.
• Work with the Quality Inspection team to address cosmetic concerns.
• Record the time worked on each vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet production deadlines.
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
• Deliver vehicles that exceed customer expectations.
