About The Position
Stanley Ford Eastland is seeking an Automotive Detailer to prepare vehicles for sale using the necessary equipment. The role includes washing service and sales customer vehicles, detailing trade-ins for front-line marketing, and supporting team members as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The position involves standing for long periods and may require bending, stooping, lifting, or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to use the necessary equipment to thoroughly prepare a vehicle for sale.
- Pass a background check; no felonies.
- Pass a drug test.
- Pass a motor vehicle record check; no DWI, one at-fault accident, or three minor violations in the past three years.

- Automotive detailing experience is preferred.
- High school graduation is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Retrieve service customer vehicles.
- Provide a quality courtesy wash for service customer vehicles.
- Provide a quality pre-delivery wash for sales customers.
- Provide a quality detail for trade-ins in preparation for front-line marketing.
- Back up team members when needed.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate personal accountability, teamwork, reliable attendance, and a professional appearance.
