About The Position

Serra Toyota is hiring an experienced Automotive Detailer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role performs interior and exterior detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles, including customer-pay and internal dealership work. The detailer prepares vehicles for delivery, display, and resale, supports sales, service, and used-car departments, and ensures completed vehicles meet dealership standards for cleanliness and presentation. The position requires dealership detailing experience, familiarity with detailing techniques and equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus commission.

Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership detailing experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality results with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist multiple departments.

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles.
• Complete customer-pay and internal dealership details according to established quality standards.
• Clean, vacuum, shampoo, polish, wax, and protect vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, display, and resale.
• Support the sales, service, and used-car departments by completing detailing assignments efficiently and on time.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Properly use and maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting dealership deadlines.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
