Requirements

• Automotive detail shop experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive both automatic- and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Safety- and customer-service-oriented.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Wet sanding and buffing experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash and condition vehicle exteriors, including tires, wheels, undercarriages, and under-hood components; wax and buff vehicles.
• Clean and condition vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, applying fabric or leather treatments, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, including dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
• Keep work areas clean and properly store equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards and support efficient shop operations through inventory stocking and other general duties.
• Follow shop policies, procedures, safety requirements, and environmental rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
