About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Automotive Detailer at Harrisburg International Airport in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The starting pay is $17 per hour for a 25-hour workweek, with an additional $1 per hour for hours worked Saturday 12:00 a.m. through Monday 3:00 a.m. The available schedule is Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. The role is responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while meeting cleanliness and safety standards. The work also includes maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch location and assisting customers when needed. Requirements

Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must have no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on the driving record within the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, and tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers as needed and possibly transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; handling trash; vacuuming; and sweeping the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
