About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. The position is located at 2222 Paxton St, Harrisburg, PA 17111. The starting rate is $15.50 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek, increasing to $16 per hour after six consecutive months of employment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday off. The role includes vehicle preparation and safety checks, maintaining a clean and orderly work area and branch appearance, and assisting or transporting customers when needed.

Requirements

Have a current and valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from the preparation process as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Use tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; emptying trash; vacuuming; and sweeping the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
