About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring part-time Automotive Detailers at the Rochester International Airport in Rochester, New York. The position pays $18.25 per hour. Detailers wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals, following cleanliness and safety standards. The role also includes maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the branch, assisting customers when needed, and potentially transporting customers to and from branches. Available schedules are Thursday–Saturday, Friday–Sunday, or Saturday–Monday, each from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Enterprise Mobility offers paid time off, a consistent schedule, employee discounts, a retirement savings plan including a 401(k), and training and development.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place items of value in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desks, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; removing trash; vacuuming; and sweeping the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
