About The Position

Honda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys working in an office environment. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starting professional who wants a career opportunity in the automotive industry. The CVR Clerk is responsible for registering new and used vehicles among other tasks. They are also responsible for daily bank deposit reconciliations, billing out Dealer swaps and Cashier coverage as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CVR Experience / Certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements

Responsibilities

• Daily bank deposit reconciliation
• Review funding delays and communicate to management
• Bill out dealer swaps as needed
• Register new and used vehicles through CVR
• Prepare bank contract packages for funding
• Post daily CVR batch
• Post daily contract in transit payments
• Stock in used vehicle purchases
• Daily/monthly G/L reconciliations as assigned
• Cashier coverage as needed
• File sales tax abatements as needed
• Refund customers as needed
• Reconcile monthly schedules as assigned for month end close
