About The Position
Honda Stratham, an International Cars, Ltd. Company, is seeking a full-time Flat Rate Technician. The technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains a variety of vehicles to help ensure they operate safely and efficiently. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and completing repairs to industry standards. The Automotive Service Technician works with service advisors and customers to communicate repair needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of direct repair experience with both domestic and import vehicles, including diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer focus, and a friendly attitude.
- Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves

- State Vehicle Inspector Certification.
Responsibilities
