About The Position

Honda Stratham, an International Cars, Ltd. company, is seeking a full-time Flat Rate Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles so they operate safely and efficiently. The position involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and completing repairs to industry standards. The Automotive Service Technician works with service advisors and customers to communicate repair needs and support high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of direct repair experience on both domestic and import vehicles, including diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours.
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and a friendly attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive trade school graduate.

• State Vehicle Inspector Certification.
