About The Position

Nucar Honda of Norwood is looking for a reliable and experienced Flat Rate Automotive Service Technician to join our busy, growing dealership team. At Nucar Honda, we pride ourselves on having a supportive, friendly team and providing exceptional service to our customers. We are a high-volume dealership located in a convenient, easily accessible area in a shop equipped with heat and AC. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a loyal customer base, and we're looking to add a driven technician to help us continue to deliver top-notch service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Ability to accurately complete service orders and document work performed.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Brand experience preferred, but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
