About The Position

Mountain Home Auto Ranch is hiring an Automotive Customer Service Specialist for its family-owned, multi-franchise new and used vehicle dealership in Southern Idaho. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships and helping customers select vehicles through consultative sales, product knowledge, and professional demonstrations. The company provides training and development; prior experience is not required. Compensation includes a guaranteed monthly salary plus bonuses. Requirements

Exceptional self-motivation, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and desire to succeed.
Ability to work flexible hours and Saturdays; Sundays are not scheduled.
Professional appearance and grooming.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Build enriching relationships with customers to develop lifelong clientele.
Use consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully.
Develop product and sales knowledge, including vehicle offerings, optional packages, and current technologies.
Deliver professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to support successful referral business.
Learn to address customer objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report to the Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
