About The Position

Hyundai of Fairfield is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to generate business through online channels and book appointments. The Automotive BDC Associate uses computer skills, product knowledge, and an outgoing personality to respond to customer inquiries, provide vehicle and service information, follow up with customers and sales leads, manage internet inquiries, and schedule appointments for the sales department. The role also involves building customer relationships, following up on leads to close sales, and growing the dealership’s internet sales business and customer base, with performance measured through monthly online percentage.
