The role connects with customers through phone, text, email, and chat; turns internet leads into showroom appointments; follows up with previous customers; and supports a positive customer experience from the first conversation through the showroom visit. Requirements

• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.

• Professional appearance and communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Automotive BDC or sales experience.
• Customer service or call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Contact customers by phone, text, email, and chat.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and buying plans.
• Build rapport and create strong customer relationships.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments.
• Follow up with leads and previous customers.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Assist with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities.
