About The Position

The Automotive Sales BDC Associate connects with customers through phone, text, email, and chat. The role turns internet leads into showroom appointments, follows up with previous customers, and helps deliver a positive customer experience from the first conversation through the showroom visit. The associate works closely with the sales team and assists with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Contact customers by phone, text, email, and chat.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and buying plans.
• Build rapport and create strong customer relationships.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments.
• Follow up with leads and previous customers.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Assist with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities.
