Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, banking, auto title, and/or collections experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check after a conditional offer.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Self-motivated, positive, outgoing, and possessing a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience collecting past-due accounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process auto loans and extensions.
• Process sales, pawn loans, and extensions as needed.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.
