About The Position

Cox Automotive is hiring an entry-level Auto Technician - General Service at Manheim. The role provides hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repairs, with guidance to build technical skills. The position is on-site at a specified Cox location, has no travel, and works the day shift. Hourly base pay is $15.10–$22.69, with possible additional compensation such as commissions or incentives. Responsibilities

Perform entry-level, light-duty automotive maintenance.
Develop familiarity with automotive maintenance concepts and practices.
Perform oil and filter changes, fuel filter changes, transmission flushes, and vehicle inspections.
Test, maintain, and replace batteries.
Perform repairs involving tires, safety inspections, and interior and exterior components.
Follow regulations for recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
Use approved vendors to obtain required parts.
