Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferably with Ford or in a similar dealership environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is helpful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs
- Prepare and review repair orders with customers, ensuring clarity and transparency
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
