About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring an experienced, full-time Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Pittsfield, Massachusetts area. This role works a five-day week and involves maintaining and repairing customers’ vehicles, diagnosing mechanical problems, explaining repair options clearly, completing agreed-upon repairs, and providing regular maintenance services. The technician is expected to deliver fast, friendly, clean, and professional service and help create a positive customer experience.

Compensation is an hourly rate of $18–$24, depending on experience and certifications, plus technician commissions paid every two weeks. The posting says commissions range from $400 to $1,400 and are based on store-level automotive repair net sales; hourly pay and commissions may lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Technicians may also earn a one-time $500 bonus for certifications earned while employed by the company.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
