About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Miami, Florida area for a full-time position. The role has a five-day work week and offers an hourly rate of $18 to $24, depending on experience and certifications, plus technician commissions paid every two weeks. Commissions range from $400 to $1,400 and are based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Technicians may also earn a one-time $500 bonus for certifications earned while employed.

The technician maintains and repairs customers’ vehicles, diagnoses mechanical problems, explains repair options clearly, and completes agreed-upon repairs. The role also provides regular maintenance services and emphasizes fast, friendly, professional customer service.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Brake work experience.
• Own tools.

• Enjoyment of troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.
