About The Position
Link Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Rice Lake is hiring an Auto Lube Service Technician to join our growing Service Department. If you have experience in the Automotive Service industry, this position may be for you!
Requirements
- Read and Comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Work comfortably with the public
- Tidy, professional appearance
- Current driver's license with a good driving record
- Type Class D - Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped) Driver's License Required
- 18 or Older
Nice To Haves
- Certificate or Diploma beyond High School Desired in related field
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards.
- Diagnoses cause of malfunctions and performs repairs
- Communicates with the Service Advisor to obtain parts needed for repair
- Examine the assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
- Document all work performed and recommended on repair order
- Road test vehicles when required.
