About The Position

Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Porter / Valet to help keep its service drive running smoothly. The role greets customers, prepares and parks incoming vehicles, maintains loaner vehicles, and promptly retrieves customer vehicles for pickup. The porter supports service advisors and the service team by staging and moving vehicles, keeping traffic areas clean and organized, and handling keys and dealership property responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally on the service drive and direct them to a service advisor for assistance.
• Place protective coverings in designated interior areas of incoming vehicles, then safely move and park vehicles in assigned areas.
• Retrieve customer vehicles promptly when customers arrive for pickup and bring them to the designated delivery area.
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean, organized, and clear of obstructions.
• Assist service advisors and the service team with staging and moving vehicles between the service drive, parking areas, and service bays.
• Keep loaner vehicles ready for customers by removing trash, vacuuming interiors, and washing exteriors as needed.
• Securely handle customer keys and follow dealership procedures for vehicle identification, key storage, and vehicle release.
• Track vehicle locations accurately and promptly report visible damage, cleanliness concerns, or safety issues to the service team.
