Requirements

At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser’s License.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company underwriting guidelines.
Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and multitasking skills.
Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand these abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
