About The Position

GEICO is hiring an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to work in the South Sacramento, California territory. The role involves handling auto damage claims, including complex claims, and promptly and accurately settling them while delivering excellent customer service. Starting pay varies based on position and location; the posted annual salary range is $34.60–$53.93, with the final rate determined by factors including responsibilities, experience, education and training, work location, and market and business considerations. Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer service while promptly and accurately settling claims.
• Valid driver's license; must meet company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Willingness to be flexible with the primary work location; the position may require remote, field, or in-office work.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and willingness to expand these abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
