About The Position

GEICO is hiring an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to handle claims in the Midland/Odessa, Texas territory. The role requires at least 12 months of auto damage experience and a record of providing excellent customer service while settling claims promptly and accurately. The successful candidate will use technical and industry knowledge to handle complex claims. This is not a remote role; work is performed in the assigned territory and may involve remote, field, or in-office work, with flexibility in the primary work location.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and effective decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with willingness to expand these abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
