Requirements

• At least 12 months of Auto Damage experience, with a demonstrated track record of success.

• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.

• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and multitasking skills.
• Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities further.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
