About The Position

AudioNova is seeking an Audiologist, licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, or eligible Audiology extern to provide patient-centered hearing care at its Puyallup, Washington clinic. The role involves hearing assessments, discussing treatment and product options, helping patients use hearing technology, and maintaining and adjusting hearing aids. The listed salary is $70,000–$80,000 plus commission. The clinic is located at 12623 Meridian E, Suite B1-A, Puyallup, WA 98373, and its office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Washington.

Nice To Haves

Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
Third- and fourth-year Audiology externs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform patient hearing assessments, analyze results, and recommend treatment and product options.
Address patients’ questions and concerns about the benefits of hearing aid use.
Discuss hearing-instrument pricing and explain the value of hearing health care, services, and long-term hearing aid use.
Conduct community outreach to generate new patient referrals.
Teach patients how to use new technology to meet their hearing goals.
Repair, check, and clean hearing aids.
Adjust fitted products and follow company quality procedures and guidelines to maximize product performance and address patient concerns or objections.
Work with clinic staff to ensure smooth office operations.
