About The Position

AudioNova is seeking dedicated Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists to provide patient-centered hearing care in Puyallup, Washington. The role is open to experienced audiologists, licensed hearing instrument specialists, and third- or fourth-year audiology externs. Team members assess patients’ hearing, explain care and product options, support patients in using hearing technology, and help ensure smooth clinic operations. Requirements

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Washington.

Nice To Haves

• Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• Third- and fourth-year Audiology Externs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient hearing test assessments, analyze results, and recommend treatment and product options.
• Address patients’ questions and concerns about the benefits of hearing aid use.
• Discuss hearing instrument pricing and explain the value of hearing health care, the services provided, and the long-term effects of hearing aid use.
• Conduct community outreach to generate new patient referrals.
• Teach patients how to use new technology to meet their hearing goals.
• Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings.
• Adjust fitted products and follow company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and address patient concerns or objections.
• Work with clinic staff to ensure smooth office operations.
