About The Position

CTI is seeking an AV Service Specialist to provide a fantastic customer experience by applying AV expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. The role involves troubleshooting complex AV issues and performing preventative maintenance to keep systems operating at optimum levels. Candidates must live within a 45-minute drive of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The position calls for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively with clients, and embrace CTI’s collaborative, lively, technology-focused culture.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of the AV industry.
• Crestron programming and NVX experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and ask questions when needed.
• Eagerness to learn and readiness to tackle different situations.
• Must be within 45 minutes driving distance of Virginia Beach.

• Associate degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
