About The Position

CTI is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee, to provide a fantastic customer experience through audio-visual technology expertise and customer-focused problem-solving. This is not an entry-level position; candidates must have at least four years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and service. The role requires someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and represent the company to clients. An associate degree is preferred but not required; experience and skills will also be considered.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service.
• Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry and AV/IT networking.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and ask questions when needed.
• Eagerness to learn and readiness to tackle varied situations.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating at optimum levels.
• Work with programmers as needed to load updated files.
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
