Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) is part of IS&T and delivers widely used communication and productivity technology and services across Apple, including tools that enable collaboration and support teams that keep Apple's workforce running. EEP also leads user experience design and research, and manages systems behind Apple's original content studios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on AV technology deployments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and validating vendor proposals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Deep understanding of current and emerging AV technologies, including video conferencing systems, display technologies, audio systems, and control systems.
• PMP, CTS, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology refresh across global locations.
• Define scope, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, manage budgets and schedules.
• Incorporate standards into decision-making and ensure successful deployment.
• Manage large-scale, complex technology projects from initiation to closure, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
