About The Position
The Attendant - Donation Center receives donations from donors, tracks and weighs collected donations, and shares information about the organization’s charity partners and mission with donors and customers. The role helps maintain a neat, presentable donations area and supports safe, efficient loading and unloading of trailers and donation boxes. The work may take place in changing weather, including heat, cold, and wet conditions. Donation team members collaborate to care for donated items and provide quality merchandise for customers.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide outstanding customer service to donors.
- Be organized and able to keep the donations area neat and presentable.
- Be willing to work in changing weather, including heat, cold, and wet conditions.
