ATM Cash Logistics
About The Position
As part of Cash Depot's ATM Cash Logistics team, this role helps keep the company's ATM network funded, operational, and running efficiently. It combines cash ordering, logistics coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where the work affects ATM uptime and customer satisfaction. The role supports Kwik Trip and other partners by coordinating cash orders and movements with banking and armored-carrier partners, and by working with field teams and internal departments on routes, replenishments, installations, and other cash-related logistics. It is entry-level friendly; industry experience is not required, and paid training is provided. The position offers opportunities to gain experience in cash logistics, operations, partner relationships, and process improvement, with potential for growth as the business grows.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience meeting strict deadlines and working under pressure, such as in loan processing, dispatch, logistics, scheduling, or order processing.
- Comfort entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets; advanced formulas are not required. A short skills assessment is part of the hiring process.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependability, with a solid attendance and work history.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
- Clear communication with banks, carriers, and internal teams.
- Ability to stay organized and work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience ordering cash, inventory, or supplies.
- A college degree.
Responsibilities
- Place cash orders for an assigned portfolio of ATMs and track orders through delivery.
- Monitor cash levels and act quickly to prevent cash outages.
- Coordinate regular and emergency cash replenishments.
- Manage cash movements between banks, armored carriers, field teams, and ATM locations.
- Coordinate cash routes, delivery schedules, and time-sensitive shipments.
- Support Kwik Trip and other partners by keeping ATMs funded and resolving issues quickly.
- Work with banks, armored carriers, dispatch teams, field technicians, and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Support ATM installations, conversions, and cash-loading schedules.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date order, delivery, and cash-level spreadsheets.
- Meet daily order and delivery deadlines and adjust when plans change.
- Take ownership of issues from identification through resolution.
- Suggest process and efficiency improvements.
