About The Position

Become part of the team behind the game day experience at the University of North Alabama's new Bank Independent Stadium. We are seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating memorable experiences for Lions fans, student-athletes, alumni, and visitors. Whether serving guests by providing premium hospitality in the Victory Club and suites, every Game Day Event Staff member plays an important role in delivering the high level of service and Southern hospitality that defines the UNA experience. Game day event staff will perform all duties as assigned, within reasonable expectations of a part-time, temporary event staff role.

Requirements

High school diploma/equivalent is required.
Demonstrate previous experience in hospitality, customer service, food service, and/or event operations.
A positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, as requested.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of customers, including administrators, faculty, staff, students, prospective students, former students, alumni, parents, and the general public.
