This creative role has a primary function to translate high level concepts into customer focused, highly engaging, artfully planned social media campaigns, TikTok and video content, and reactive fashion stories across our multi-platform landscape. The Assistant/Associate Art Director works collaboratively with art directors, strategists and cross-functional partners to plan and execute organic social content. In this role, you will partner with our strategy, analytics, and product teams on ideation, planning, execution, and hindsight of seasonal and always-on social media campaign tactics. The successful candidate must possess strong video capture and editing skills related to motion and still content, with a focus on TikTok. They must be an analytical self-starter who is highly organized and able to deliver top-quality assets in a quick timeframe. A love of fashion, product trends, and culture is a must! Key skills include a keen eye for social content creation, mobile video, and love of all things fashion, combined with the ability to collaborate within a highly matrixed, cross-functional team, create industry-leading social content, and deliver assets within campaign deadlines. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio and includes occasional domestic travel.
