About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, helping contribute to Company goals. The role focuses on welcoming customers, representing the brand through fashion and product knowledge, and seamlessly integrating the OMNI experience. Associates identify customer needs, build relationships, share product and fit information, support store operations, prioritize tasks, protect company assets, and maintain a safe environment while following company policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance as available.
• Ability to retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet frequently.
• Ability to occasionally use a ladder up to 12 feet to replace overhead lightbulbs, signs, and similar items.
