About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to achieving Company goals. The role represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, integrates the OMNI experience, and helps customers find products that suit their needs and build confidence. The Associate also supports store operations, prioritizes tasks for customer and business needs, protects company assets, and maintains a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident use of mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions, with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
