About The Position

DoorDash is hiring associates for a rotational leadership program on its Dasher & Logistics team. The team oversees initiatives across the Dasher life cycle, including supply and demand, cost and quality, Dasher pay and retention, and order batching, with a focus on delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, Dasher compensation, and related metrics. Associates will work across different areas of the portfolio, contributing to key results on high-priority business problems. The work involves investigating on-the-ground operations, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and collaborating across functions to implement solutions at scale. Associates will move daily metrics, run A/B tests, and launch initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other Strategy & Operations colleagues. Rotations last 6–8 months, and associates report directly to managers on the Dasher & Logistics team. This is an individual-contributor role. The role operates in a hybrid arrangement, with a few in-person days each month. Applicants must currently be based in New York or San Francisco. Relocation is not offered, and the role is not open to fully remote employees.
