About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to the achievement of Company goals. The role involves identifying customer needs, representing the brand with product and fashion knowledge, supporting a seamless OMNI experience, and assisting with store operations. The position is regular and part-time at the Lane Bryant store in Castleton Square, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures, garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes, or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move objects or merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions, with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise stored or displayed above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
