About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of company goals. The associate creates a warm and welcoming environment, communicates effectively, represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, and seamlessly integrates the OMNI experience. This is a regular, part-time position at the North Haven Pavilion store in North Haven, Connecticut.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; may occasionally need to move items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise stored or displayed above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• May occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
