About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, contributing to the achievement of Company goals. The role involves identifying customer needs, sharing product and fashion knowledge, supporting store operations, and helping maintain a safe work environment. The position is part-time at the South County Center store in St. Louis, Missouri.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently adjust or move store fixtures, garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes, or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions.
• Ability to occasionally adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions, with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise stored or displayed above shoulder level, potentially using a ladder up to 12 feet tall.
• Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet tall.
