About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Williamsburg, VA. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing veterinarian wellbeing by providing sustainable career paths, control over schedules, guaranteed income, and hands-on support. As a part-time W-2 employee working 1-3 days per week, you will earn a guaranteed biweekly salary with a schedule you control, built in advance by a dedicated scheduling coordinator. The position involves practicing medicine across various trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the stability of a single employer. IndeVets emphasizes clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provides dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, a collaborative community, and access to a veterinary social worker. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Nice To Haves

• Internship training
