As an Associate Banker within Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions to help clients pursue their financial goals.
• Partner with other branch team members to support clients and deliver seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
